New White Glove Delivery Services

Our same day white glove delivery services (courier service, not mailed) are now offered across 13 cities in the GTA. On top of that, we are capping our fees at $8 (starts at $6) so everyone in our delivery zone can enjoy our great products and services. Additional discounts may be applied to the delivery/return fees depending on membership status & purchase amounts. Please see Q&A on our online platform for more details.

Please see our delivery zone below. If your postal code starts with these letters, you are within our delivery zone!

Enjoy same day deliveries! Place your rental or purchase reservation online by 10am and receive your games between 12pm and 8pm. If you missed the 10am cutoff, you can use our Express Same Day delivery service - place your reservation by 1pm & receive games by 6pm (additional fees may apply for Express). Otherwise, your games will be delivered on the next day. Feel free to pass by the store for quick pick-ups and drop-offs.

If you are outside of our delivery zone, please send us an email and we will try our best to accomodate you. Shipping options are also available. Please note that we are working hard to include other cities in our delivery zone, such as Milton, Ajax, Burlington and many others.
